about me.

I am an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and member of BAAT. I offer individual and group art therapy through a warm, integrative, and holistic approach, using creative practices to explore emotions, access unconscious processes, and support healing, growth, and lasting change. Over the past nine years, I have worked across a range of settings, supporting adults, children, and young people through periods of challenge, change, and personal growth. My experience includes working within the NHS with adults, in schools with children and adolescents, with foster children, in higher education settings, and alongside individuals experiencing addiction. These diverse roles have given me a deep appreciation for the unique experiences each person brings to therapy and the importance of tailoring the therapeutic process to individual needs.

I believe that creativity can offer a powerful way of expressing thoughts and feelings that may go deeper than words.  My approach is compassionate, and non-judgemental. I aim to create a safe, containing therapeutic space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we make room for whatever needs to emerge, whether through art-making, conversation, or simply being present with difficult emotions. The focus is not on creating 'good' art, but on using the creative process as a means of reflection, discovery, and healing. My role is to support you in making sense of your experiences, developing greater self-understanding, and finding new ways of relating to yourself and others.
